Cheongsam and chinese tunic suit were really popular in the mid-20th century in China. Cheongsam shows the feminizational line, and tunic suit shows the hard line of a man.

20 Century fashion is a great start of ready to wear, it is the most important reference object of the current fashion trend.

The picture I choose is taken in 1913, the woman Dennis, who is the wife of the famous French fashion designer Paul Poiret, in the lastest fashion gown. The color tone catch my eyes at the first time, the mood and post let me feel soft. This what Paul Poiret want to express, his design is a great example of the movement of women liberation. It is the new start, it is different from the old style fashion.
