1. Egyptian

Ancient Egyptian art is characterized by its complex symbolism and conventional character.

Royal costume differed from that of other Egyptians by being of finer material, with embroidered belts and collars of gold and enamel.

2. Greek-Roman
Ancient Greek and Roman civilizations equally contributed to the development of the classical values so important to the Western cultural identity.

3. Gothic
The period during the Middle Ages from 12th century to the beginning of the Renaissance is Gothic era.
The powerful fashion easy to have connection with Gothic style, big shoulder, black and white, hard line, all this are the symble of gothic.









4. Renaissance


By the 1400s, the Renaissance began in Italy, where the fashion style were much more natural and less formal. The waist line came up to under the breast, here is the famous empire gown.

5. Rococo
By the 1700s, the essential lines Rococo costume were already laid down in the last 20 years of seventeenth, the fashion is dominance of France, clothes meant, for the upper classes at least.

6. Impressionism


By the 1870s, Impressionism, the span between academic and modern art. Impressionism was a transitional art style inspired by optical physics.
Fashion with many frills and flounces and much lace. It was essentially a matron's gown, and a lace cap was always worn with it.

Strapless Dress

Strapless can trace back to ancient Egyptian, their custume "Tunic" is the first strapless dress.


Strapless become more and more popular since 1940s, the successful woman liberty revolution brought the renew style of fashion to people.
